Author of a healthy recipe for baked apples, dietetics Svetlana Fus advised to arrange a cozy tea party with banana pancakes. She offers to cook them with oatmeal, and serve with fruits or berries, supplemented with honey or yogurt.
Cooking Ingredients:

bananas - 2 pcs.

oatmeal - 90 g

chicken eggs - 1 pc.

cinnamon - 0.5 tsp

honey - 1 tsp

vegetable oil (if necessary).
Cooking method
Put the oatmeal in a blender and chop, add banana pieces, egg and cinnamon, beat until smooth.
Preheat oven to 220°C.
Line a baking sheet with parchment.
Spoon the prepared dough onto the parchment and bake the pancakes (the degree of doneness is determined by their golden crust).
