On Friday, September 23, the so-called “referendums” for joining the Russian Federation began in the Ukrainian territories temporarily occupied by the Russians.
First Deputy Chairman Kherson Regional Council Yuri Sobolevsky advises people not to open their doors to “guests” who will offer to “vote”.
“Today, orcs can start going from house to house, “persistently proposing” to vote, to take part in the so-called “referendum”. The best way to avoid this is to simply not open the door. These days they should not break down doors and break into housing - it will be too much even for orcs, ”he wrote.
At the same time, Sobolevsky notes: if the invaders managed to enter the housing, then in no case do you need to take ballots and fill them out.
“Your best justification for refusing would be, ‘I don’t want to go to jail later,'” Sobolevsky notes.
He also published a photo of the polling station where voting should take place at the so-called referendum, where there is only security and joked that there was a full house. “This is the case when there are more guards at the polling station than those who want to vote,” the official wrote.
According to the head Luhansk OVA Sergei Gaidai, propagandistic media are already working in the occupied cities of the region to create a picture of “referendums”, preparing stories about the alleged “active participation” of local residents in the voting. In particular, in Belovodsk, at one of the enterprises, the head announced to all employees that attendance was obligatory.
Those who do not take part in the voting will be automatically fired from their jobs, and the lists of those who do not appear will be transferred to the so-called Ministry of State Security of the LPR, writes Gaidai.
He also said that in Starobelsk, the occupation authorities forbade the local population to leave the city from 23 to 27 September. According to available information, the occupiers are creating armed groups to bypass dwellings and force people to participate in the so-called “referendum”.
Mayor’s Advisor Mariupol Pyotr Andryushchenko said that the occupiers would try to arrange a “vote” not only by rounding the apartments, but also in specially designated places. True, these places were not previously reported.
“For the sake of ‘honesty’, they came up with a ‘safe package’ where the ballot would supposedly be packed. So that it would not be forged,” Andryushchenko added, posting the corresponding photo.
Also, as of September 22, no voting commissions were formed in Mariupol. The occupation administrations had to urgently look for people to involve in the “referendum” process.
“They call all members of election commissions (who worked before the occupation of Mariupol - ed.) at all levels. They offer a salary of 100 thousand rubles. But so far there are no people,” Andryushchenko wrote.
In the occupied territories Donetsk Yes Luhansk regions “bulletins” are printed in Russian, in Kherson Yes Zaporozhye regions - in Ukrainian and Russian.

As you know, the occupiers in ORDLO have set a date for a “referendum” on joining Russia. It should take place between September 23 and 27. Pseudo-referendums were scheduled for the same dates in Zaporozhye and the Kherson region.
