In Ukraine, in particular, in Kyiv, the temperature standard in the premises has not changed - it remains at + 18 degrees.

This was announced by the Deputy Chairman of the KSCA Petr Panteleev on the air of the Public.

“Those messages that come from the city authorities should be taken as a call for total energy saving. That is what we are talking about,” he said.

According to Panteleyev, the preparations for this winter are unusual, because work continues under curfew and lack of financial resources, but the necessary technical minimum of work has already been completed.

“Each community has its own emergency plan. There is a nationwide headquarters that is working in this direction. It is not possible to talk about everything,” said the Deputy Chairman of the Kyiv City State Administration.

Panteleev specified that there is a clear plan, in particular, providing for the purchase of reserve fuel, the use of fuel oil next to gas, as well as the preparation of mobile boiler rooms for emergencies, which “will be mobile and will be able to quickly connect to hospitals, maternity hospitals, schools.”

Earlier it was reported that tariffs for public utilities will not change in Ukraine until the end of the war.
