Queues, paper sheets and problematic pin codes: a Ukrainian spoke about banking services in Portugal

The winner of the show “The Bachelor” Dasha Kvitkova, after the Russian invasion of Ukraine, left with her little son for Portugal.

A young woman faced many problems when applying for a bank card.

According to her, in the bank, which is considered the most modern among local residents, she had to stand in line to get to the manager. The manager asked her a lot of questions. To Tsvetochnaya’s surprise, they promised to make the card in 2-4 weeks.

When asked if it was possible to get a card faster, the bank advised me to contact another financial institution.

To register in the bank’s application, it took a lot of different codes, envelopes and many other obstacles that are not found in Ukrainian banks.

The blogger writes that, having forgotten one of the codes, she again turned to the bank, since the financial institution does not have a customer support service over the phone.

As it turned out, she also lost the pin code from the card. Then there was a long conversation with the manager and an offer to cancel the card. As a result, the pin code was updated in forty minutes of waiting and for 5 euros.

Tsvetkova, after such wanderings, confessed her love to one of the Ukrainian banks. Now the blogger is already in Ukraine with the baby.
