John Isner reveals how he would like to be remembered

As you might guess, the American lost the meeting to his compatriot in the second round. Their match lasted four hours, and the fans were able to enjoy the rivalry of their compatriots for five sets. In the first two, the former partner of Hubert Gurkacz in doubles turned out to be better, winning 6:3 and 6:4. However, Mmo then came to the fore and first won the tie-break 7-3, then tied sets with a 6-4 triumph, and finally won the next tie-break 10-7, thus ending Isner’s career.

What legacy am I leaving behind? I don’t know. First of all, I would like my teammates to remember me as someone who is easy to get along with off the court. I think I have developed great friendships with both older players, peers, and younger colleagues, ”Isner said in an interview that he gave shortly after the end of the match.
