These teams will be joined by seven teams from three regional competitions: Argentina and Colombia (from Americas Group I); Japan and Korea (Group I Asia/Oceania); and Hungary, the Netherlands and Sweden (from Group I Europe/Africa). Poland’s place in the play-offs will be taken by Serbia, which is the top scoring team not out of Group I Europe/Africa in 2023. The draw for the finals and playoffs will take place on Wednesday 24 May.
