At one point, you hear a bang and a red box flies into the rear window of the car, which is probably its equipment. A thin man in boxer shorts very effectively jumps out of a broken window and runs away.. Medics scream in the background.
Apparently, the guy was taken to a psychiatric hospital.

If it was really a question of staying in the so-called “Psychiatrist”, it is no wonder that the patient did everything to avoid him. In Soviet times, psychiatric hospitals became places of solitary confinement, where dissidents were kept.falsify the real number of political prisoners. Psychiatric hospitals did not avoid the barbaric methods of “treatment” of such patients, which was to be another form of repression. These practices were uncovered in the West by Russian oppositionist Vladimir Bukovsky, who himself spent 12 years in a psychiatric hospital. Unfortunately, this shameful tradition has been revived under Vladimir Putin.
