The final flight is ready to take off as the final episodes for Manifesto land tomorrow, June 2nd, on Netflix. Following the events of Season 4 Part 1, in the upcoming Part 2, Ben and the others will try to stop Angelina for good as the date of death approaches. While we were putting the trays upright and locked to prepare for the finale, Netflix shared the first nine minutes of part two.
The abrupt opening scene immediately shows that eight months have passed since the finale of the first part. It goes on with CalTy Doran) wakes up from an incredibly realistic dream, and his dragon scar glows in response. When he wakes up, he is understandably shocked by what happened despite not remembering the details of the dream. He goes to talk to OliveLuna Blaze), who is with the couple’s younger sister Eden. While things are relatively quiet, the Stone family has had to deal with some major changes.
The scene changes to Detention Center 828, where Ben (Josh Dallas), Michaela (Melissa Roxburgh) and TJ (Garret Wareing) - along with all the other 828 passengers - are being held. The roster itself seems to have changed a lot since viewers last saw it. Passengers are divided into blocks, each person is provided with a small living area. In true Ben style, he continues to help others wherever he can. Meanwhile, Michaela struggles with Zeke’s death. Ben soon visits Olive and Eden for a few minutes. When it’s all over, he notices Robert Vance (Daryl Edwards) watching from afar.
Manifesto One step closer to solving callings
Also in the frames, viewers get a brief idea of what Saanvi is (Parveen Kaur) was up with Callings. In Part 1, she made a breakthrough in her research by discovering that callings can be memories. Judging by the video, she seems to have found a way to stop them completely, this time with minimal side effects. Later in the season, Michaela and Jared (J. Ramirez) will continue to work on solving the larger Callings mystery, and Saanvi’s work is likely to be a clue. Meanwhile, Cal, who has the closest connection to the Callings and their mysterious origins, remains everyone’s last hope to stop Angelina before she destroys the world.
