HBO Fans Curb Enthusiasm may want to curb their own enthusiasm for additional contributions Larry David- the main comedy series. According to The Hollywood Reporter, The upcoming twelfth season of the show, which recently wrapped production, is likely to be its last.
Sources told THR that Curb Enthusiasm will probably stop after season 12. Principal photography for the season ended just a few days before the news, and sources said the final episode “was like coming home.” A recent behind-the-scenes photo showed off a couple of the show’s stars, Cheryl Hines And Susie Essman, when they went to shoot more scenes. While season 12, which was officially renewed in August 2022, doesn’t yet have a release date, it’s slated to release on HBO sometime in 2023.
However, it is not only the news outlets that report this. Curb Enthusiasm coming to an end as the people who work on the show themselves have given some serious hints. John Heyman the writer and producer of the show shared a photo of himself with the executive producer Jeff Shaffer filmed what he said was the final episode in a now-deleted tweet. Heyman captioned the now-deleted tweet: “Maybe you like the show. Maybe you hate him. ”
Richard Lewis another co-star of the series also shared some thoughts on social media. tweet“A few hours ago I was in my trailer on set filming my last scene #Curb12. It’s hard to believe that we started in 2000. All the cast and crew knew we were working for a genius. When such a rarity happens, no. takes every moment for granted. We love you LD.”

What to expect from Curb Enthusiasm season 12
Curb Enthusiasm follows David, co-creator of the legendary 1990s sitcom. seinfeld, as he plays a fictional version of himself living in Los Angeles. Hines portrays his ex-wife in the series, and additional characters include Essman, Lewis, Jeff Garlin, And JB Smooth everyone plays versions of themselves as they try to deal with David’s social gaffes and general dislike of people on a daily basis. Garlin’s appearance in the upcoming season was initially uncertain after he left ABC. Goldbergs following allegations of misconduct, but a behind-the-scenes video later showed him acting on set. It was also announced that CODA star Troy Kotzur will appear in at least one episode of the 12th season.
Since its premiere in 2000 Curb Enthusiasm has gained a huge cult following and is HBO’s longest-running scripted series. However, the term “script” should be used loosely, as much of the show is improvised, and David himself says the scripts only give a rough idea of how each episode will play out. However, most of the series remains unscripted.
Aside from 2023 release, Season 12’s exact release window Curb Enthusiasm has not been announced. While we wait for more news on the series, check out the Season 11 trailer below.
