Bundy was executed on January 24, 1989 after lengthy trials and two escapes.
The Ted Bundy Tapes is the first in Conversations with the killer series, which premiered on Netflix in January 2019, on the 30th anniversary of his execution. This is told in a series of four-hour episodes, cut from over 100 hours of old footage, mixed with interviews with survivors, Bundy’s family and friends, and investigators involved in the serial killer. It’s exciting, frightening, and incredibly drinkable.
“Catch the Killers” (2021-)
This true crime documentary series consists of eight thrilling episodes that will have you hooked from the moment you hit the play button. Two seasons with a current total running time of just over four hours, the Netflix original is easy to binge watch. The series spans from the most unheard of to the most cold-blooded, from the Happy Face Killer to America’s second-highest-scoring serial killer, the Green River Killer, who was responsible for killing suspects to 90+ victims.
