Fuel prices have fallen again. In addition, most major stations have decided to offer holiday promotions.
The last week of June ended with a decrease in fuel prices at gas stations, due to discounts in the wholesale market. And although their scale is small on average, at some stations prices have fallen by 0.5-10 zł per liter, reports Reflex.
Average prices down
Average prices for unleaded gasoline are currently PLN 95 - PLN 6.49 / liter (a decrease of PLN 0.1 / liter compared to prices on June 22, 2023), unleaded gasoline PLN 98 - PLN 7.07 / liter (-0.2 PLN/v), diesel 6.19 PLN/l (-1 PLN/liter), autogas 2.87 PLN/liter (-2 PLN/liter).
Falling prices for crude oil and fuel in the European market led to a fall in wholesale fuel prices and, as a result, reduced the risk of a return to rising prices at filling stations. After using the holiday promotions at individual stations, a liter of Pb95 petrol will cost about PLN 6.10-6.20, and diesel fuel - less than PLN 6 per liter.
Cheaper on margin
In the first week of July, prices in the narrower part of the station are likely to remain unchanged. Experts do not rule out that the owners of filling stations outside the promotion system will be forced to reduce prices at filling stations at the expense of retail margins in order to compete for customers.
