Missile attack on Ukraine: Russians launched cruise missiles from 10 aircraft, 20 missiles destroyed

On the morning of September 21, Russia attacked Ukraine again. The enemy fired several groups of missiles in different directions.
The air raid alert covered the entire territory of Ukraine. It looks like the Russians are back to attacking infrastructure targets.

Previously, approximately 10 Tu-95MS strategic aircraft fired cruise missiles of the X-101/555/55 type. More than 20 hostile targets were destroyed by air defense forces and means, said the head of the KMVA, Sergei Popko.

The main blow fell on Kyiv. As a result of air defense work to shoot down hostile targets, debris fell in the Goloseevsky and Darnitsky districts of the capital.

In the Goloseevsky district, in a part located in the center of the capital, windows in a 5-story building were damaged. There were no destructions or casualties.

In the Darnitsky district there is destruction of non-residential buildings. There are now 7 victims here. Three, including a 9-year-old girl, were hospitalized. Two doctors were treated on the spot, Mayor Klitschko said.

These are people from a house near the infrastructure facility where the debris fell.

In the area, rescuers are putting out a fire at a service station. Two cars were also involved. A vocational training facility was also damaged. The students were under cover and were not injured.

In some microdistricts of the Svyatoshinsky district, power and water were lost. Emergency services are working, the light has already been restored.

In the Shevchenko region, rocket debris damaged a gas pipe. There is no fire. Gas service on site.

In the center of Cherkassy, ​​debris from a downed rocket hit a civilian infrastructure facility, all services are working on the spot, city mayor Bondarenko said.

Explosions were also heard in Rivne, Vinnytsia, Khmelnytsky, Ivano-Frankivsk, and Lviv.

In Rivne, light and water were partially lost after the explosions. The city was hit by missiles as a result of the morning Russian attack, said the head of the OVA Koval. All services are on site.

In the Lviv region, the enemy struck an industrial zone.

The head of the Lviv Regional State Administration, Maxim Kozitsky, said that at about 06:25 the enemy launched three missile attacks on the territory of Drohobych, and there were two attacks on an industrial facility. A workshop has caught fire, a three-story warehouse building has been destroyed, there is a fire on an area of ​​about 30 square meters.

“Another missile strike on a private two-story train. There is a fire on an area of ​​20 square meters. The fires are still being extinguished. As of this time, there were no reports of casualties.”– the message says.

In addition, Russians from Belgorod shelled Kharkov. 7 explosions were heard in the city. The mayor of Kharkov, Terekhov, reported that two people were wounded as a result of the morning shelling of the city; they were hospitalized. All services are working at the site of the impact.

Let us remind you that yesterday the enemy launched 24 suicide bombs across Ukraine, 17 were destroyed by Ukrainian air defense systems. Unfortunately, as a result of a massive overnight drone attack, the Kremenchug oil refinery was hit and shut down.

Now the air raid warning continues again on half the territory of Ukraine. The enemy again launched several groups of missiles.
