Immediately after the explosions, approximately 20 minutes later (about 05:40 am) I arrived at the scene, where I was with representatives of the State Emergency Service and the police. After communicating with the above representatives, my further presence was no longer necessary, and I went to our Central Park, waiting for information from the representatives of the State Emergency Service. At the time of my stay in the park, there was still no information about the dead! he wrote.
The mayor’s followers were divided in their attitude towards him. Some subscribers criticize him, others justify him.
