Klitschko said that the head of the medical institution, who was appointed by the Desnyanskaya district administration, should also be removed.
In addition, the mayor of Kyiv gave a separate instruction to the heads of the districts of the capital to immediately check all shelters, for which the heads of the city’s regional state administration are responsible.
The chairman of the Desnyanskaya Regional State Administration, Dmitry Ratnikov, said that mourning was declared in the Desnyansky district for the dead.
Recall that on the night of Thursday, June 1, the invaders attacked Kyiv with 10 missiles from the Iskander OTRK, all of them were shot down. However, fragments of rockets hit the roadway in the Dniprovsky district and near the clinic in the Desnyansky district. In the latter, three people died - two women and a child.
