This is a very popular dessert in Turkey. Moist biscuit cake, with caramel flavor and milk impregnation. It comes out incredibly gentle, like a cloud. Be sure to try it - and you will cook it every day, I’m sure chef Natalia Belichuk.
Ingredients:
eggs 5 pcs.;
flour 100 g;
sugar 100 g
powdered sugar 200 g
cream 20% 400 g
milk 300 g
caramel sauce
Cooking:
For impregnation, mix cream, milk and powdered sugar. We mix. We put the mixture in the refrigerator. Take the eggs and separate the protein from the yolk. Add 50 g of sugar to the yolks and whites. Beat the yolks with sugar until the mass turns white. Add flour to egg yolks, beat until smooth. Whip egg whites to stiff peaks. Gradually add egg whites to the batter and mix gently with a spoon. Put the dough into a baking dish.
Preheat the oven to 180° and bake for 30 minutes.
We take out the impregnation from the refrigerator and fill it with a biscuit until it has cooled. The biscuit should be drowned in milk. Top with caramel sauce and refrigerate until completely cool. Take out, cut into portions and serve.
