At a meeting on November 28, the investigating judge partially granted the request of NABU detectives and applied a preventive measure to the people’s deputy in the form of detention with the alternative of posting UAH 40.260 million bail, and imposing procedural duties if it is posted.
If bail is not paid, Labazyuk will be held in custody for 2 months - until January 21, 2024.
At the same time, the judge decided to take the suspect into custody right in the courtroom.
