The Ministry of Digital Transformation once again emphasized that summons will not be sent to those liable for military service through the Action application.
As the Center for Combating Disinformation noted, the statement by the military commissar of the Kharkiv Territorial Recruiting Center (TCC) Volodymyr Arap that in the future people will be able to receive summonses through Action and calls to the TCC will be made in electronic form does not correspond to reality.
“There is an established procedure for issuing subpoenas to those liable for military service; it has also been updated in the published regulation. As you can see, there is no question of “Action” at all”- said Mstislav Banik, Head of Development of Electronic Services of the Ministry of Digital Development.
Earlier, lawyer Roman Simutin stated that the employees of the TCC were obliged to record on body cameras the moment citizens received subpoenas.

I am currently working as a news website author at Daily News Hack. I mostly cover trending news and have been doing so for quite some time now. I have always had a keen interest in current affairs and the world around me, which is what led me to my current job.
I firmly believe that the best way to learn about something is by doing it yourself and that is why I love my job so much. It allows me to be constantly learning about new things and then sharing that knowledge with others.
I am also a big believer in the power of networking and building relationships. I think that LinkedIn is a great platform for connecting with like-minded people from all over the world.
