It is cheaper for Ukrainians who have moved abroad and are planning to open their own business to start a business in Poland, because the country is open to our citizens at all levels and provides a large number of opportunities.
Alexander Olesnevich, the founder and chairman of the board of the Polish company with Ukrainian roots Ukrainian Legal Consulting Company, told about this in an interview with Telegraph.
According to him, starting a business in Poland will cost approximately 10,000 euros, while in the UK it will cost 50,000 pounds. Business with large capital migrates to the UK, therefore it is more profitable to start a business in Poland.
“In Poland, everything is cheaper and the country as a whole is open to Ukrainians at all levels. For example, back in 2017, the law “On Entrepreneurship Support” was adopted, which provides benefits to Ukrainian entrepreneurs – tax cuts, simplification of business registration procedures and greater legal protection. And since then, a number of legislative acts have been adopted to facilitate the work of Ukrainian specialists and companies,” Olesnevich said.
He also added that in Poland one can pick up interesting opportunities for different companies. For example, for IT there is a special preferential regime - Intellectual Property Box (IP Box), which allows to reduce the tax burden for international companies specializing in the development of patents, software and computer programs, as well as technical solutions (know-how, trademarks), design ).
Earlier, Ukrainian entrepreneurs spoke about the difficulties in starting their own business in Poland.
