Ukrainians who have worked in industries with harmful working conditions for a long time are interested in whether they are entitled to early retirement.
For example, a 54-year-old woman with 27 years of experience at an oil refinery asks if she is eligible for a pension.
Lawyers gave an unequivocal answer to her appeal: the woman has not reached this required age, writes the Social Information Platform.
The right to an old-age pension on preferential terms under list 2 comes upon reaching the age of 55 if men have at least 30 years of insurance experience, of which 12 years 6 months. at work on list No. 2.
Women must have 25 years of insurance experience, of which at least 10 years in work under list No. 2.
For the assignment of such a pension to a woman when she turns 55, you should contact any service center of the Pension Fund of Ukraine or through the PFU electronic services web portal.
To confirm the period of work with difficult working conditions, in addition to the work book, a clarifying certificate is provided confirming the preferential nature of the work.
In addition, a prerequisite is the certification of jobs at a plant with hazardous industries once every five years. If certification has not been carried out, the right to preferential pension provision is lost.
