President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelensky addressed the parliament with a message to the Verkhovna Rada.
According to People’s Deputy Yaroslav Zheleznyak, the Commander-in-Chief of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, Valery Zaluzhny, the government in full force, foreign diplomats, military and relatives of the dead heroes were also at the last meeting of the parliament this year.
Zelensky, in particular, said that:

Ukraine has become one of the leaders of the free world and a factor in the unification of the European Union, which is no longer afraid of Russia.

The world needs new security guarantees, as well as the reform of international organizations that should guarantee peace, but are unable to do so.

Ukraine will survive the winter - “Shaheds” will not help the Russians.

Our state will become a leader in green energy.

Restoration will be the largest economic project in Europe, Crimea and Donbass will be restored, too. Priority will be given to companies that were in Ukraine during the war and left the Russian market.

The goal is to restore the territorial integrity of Ukraine and free all those who are in captivity. Since the beginning of the war, our 1456 people have been returned.
And MP Oleksiy Goncharenko posted on the network several videos taken during Zelensky’s speech.
In the Verkhovna Rada, the President awarded the Ukrainian military. So, pilot Vadim Voroshilov, who destroyed five Shahed drones on October 12, was awarded the title Hero of Ukraine. Also among the awarded are Colonel of the Armed Forces of Ukraine Roman Kachur.
