The McFaul-Yermak group, which recently prepared a document on sanctions against Russia in the IT sphere, proposed to recognize PIK Wagner as a terrorist organization.
Head of the Office of the President Andriy Yermak believes that the United States can make such a decision.

They get a machine gun, without armor and helmets, and raid our positions. They are Russian convicts recruited by Wagner.
