  • 2 small or 1 large beetroot

  • 1 onion

  • 1 fresh cucumber

  • Greens

  • 1 apple

For refueling

  • 2 tablespoons oil

  • 1 teaspoon wine vinegar

  • 1 teaspoon mustard seeds.

Cooking
