His detention poses a threat to the operation of Europe’s largest nuclear power plant. Petr Kotin separately appealed to the IAEA Director General Rafael Grossi, the head of the WANO NPP Tom Mitchell with a call to use all possible measures to urgently release Igor Murashov from captivity.
Recall that in early September, the station was visited by the IAEA mission, but even this did not become an obstacle to the shelling of Energodar by the Rashists.
The station was completely shut down on September 11, but a week later, specialists managed to repair one of the four main external power lines and ZNPP began to receive electricity directly from the national grid of Ukraine.
