Residents of Kyiv must provide indicators of hot and cold water meters by the end of the month. Those who left the capital will also receive payments. This is discussed on the official portal of Kyiv.
It is noted that meter readings must be submitted from the 5th day to the last day of the month. The requirement also applies to those residents of the capital who have boilers, even if the data does not change.
This step is explained by the need for public utilities to correctly calculate payments for heat, hot and centralized water supply.
After consumers provide correct indicators, utilities will recalculate.

Kievans who were forced to leave the city during the active phase of hostilities will be charged bills even without meter readings. Calculations are made on the basis of data from previous periods for the average volume.
