Model Caroline Derpiensky has bought herself into the spotlight, and her popular Instagram account is followed by paid accounts from India and Indonesia, notes a well-known marketing expert. Wojciech Kardysh exposed celebrity tricks.
Model Caroline Derpiensky has been a source of controversy for some time now. The 22-year-old prides herself on having one of the most followed accounts on Polish Instagram… but is she really? Internet marketing expert Wojciech Kardis notes that a woman buys followers and likes en masse.
Caroline Derpiensky and Fake Instagram Accounts
Karolyn Derpienski is a recent rising model who has become a source of controversy after several provocative interviews in the Polish media. Soon after, Internet users began to doubt her fame.
Derpensky, actually Karolina Derpenskaya from Bialystok, has over 6 million followers on Instagram. Among Polish stars and celebrities, only Robert Lewandowski is ahead of her. According to Internet users, the fact that she doubled her number of subscribers in just a year looks a bit suspicious.
Wojciech Kardysh, an internet marketing specialist, was asked to investigate the matter. “Several people have asked me to audit the recently popular Caroline Derpiensky. Guys, this is quite a shaft, ”the consultant begins.
The first is the number of subscribers. Namely, this is the aforementioned 6 million people. However, the model, who boasts a career in Miami and shines in Poland, has a peak in popularity among users from Indonesia and India. Cardis adds that, according to the Modash tool, about 86 percent. Derpiensky’s followers are fake accounts.
They are consistently deleted by Instagram. You can clearly see this in the Social Blade tool. In one day, a model’s account can gain even 50,000 subscribers. With a wave of bans, the number of subscribers decreases by 15,000 or even 25,000 people.
Derpienski buys likes and comments
Doubts are also raised by the number of likes under Derpiensky’s photos on Instagram. The model uploads a couple of them a day and, oddly enough, almost 100,000 hearts appear under each. “THIS IS NOT HAPPENING. Even accounts with millions of numbers have better or worse photos. It is impossible that each photo always had about 100 thousand hearts, ”the expert estimates.
The comments are no better. The same entries are repeated, posted by completely different accounts, many of them are written in very broken English. Their number is also strangely constant - about 300 under each photo.
According to Wojciech Kardysh, Caroline Derpienski is a prime example of the “fake it until you make it” approach. The expert does not advise marketing cooperation with an influencer, as, in his opinion, this will only be lost money. Derpiensky quickly blocked him for his statements.
