- A few years ago, the Ministry of Justice prepared a concept for the introduction of this institution in Poland, and we have been waiting for such a general reform of the courts for five years, all this is connected with the conflict with the EU, but now we are working to ensure that this reform prepared by us is unified , combined with the concept of introducing world justice, - said Kaleta.

- I mean, the Polish constitution does not provide that we can elect a judge in elections, and this is such a major obstacle, - Kaleta assessed. “But we are looking for solutions so that the procedure proposed by Pavel Kukiz meets the constitutional conditions,” Kaleta stressed.
