The Russians do not have an electronic system that functions in civilized countries, the general explains. - But let’s say that we manage to appoint these 100 thousand. Then Russia will send them somewhere… Normally, you need to go to military units, but they are no longer there: either they are poorly reformed, or they are at the front. So the soldiers will be sent to mobilization points, where they will be trained as a sapper, tanker, coder and radio operator. Simple trades, such as marksmanship or machine gun operation, can be trained in a week or two. However, first such a soldier must be equipped, dressed, uniformed and introduced into the system …

General Benek emphasizes that part of the mobilized soldiers will be used to make up for the combat losses that are on the Russian side at the front in Ukraine.

- And these are big losses: about 40 thousand. soldiers killed, about 20 thousand injured. Shoigu talks about five thousand, but if this were true, then no mobilization was needed. They would fill in the gaps with current resources, which, apparently, do not exist, the military emphasizes.

We also need spare parts, but the Russians don’t have them, because they have already sent them to those units that are now at the front, the general lists.

However, he adds that such a large number of soldiers should not be underestimated.

- That’s a lot of troops. It only needs to be translated into quality. Now in Russia this quality is not entirely important, the mass is important, and this mass, sent to the front, behaves scandalously, suffers losses, degenerates morally and mentally.
