“A casserole for almost 40 zł.” Expensive on vacation

“I’ve been learning all my life not to waste money”

How does all this confusion with everything indicate that would-be promotions react to deputies? Will they have to tighten their belts now?

- Probably, there is no person in Poland who would not think about saving now. This applies to us Members as well, and we make a lot of money. However, my family also has a loan to build a house. So we look at every złoty twice. We try to make the holidays interesting only for children. In recent days, I was in Auschwitz at a meeting with residents, and no topic was so shocking to people as the salary increase for deputies. Like a knockout, we were against it from the start. It’s abstract and frivolous. For example, we have significantly limited our visits to the city. We don’t meet friends in restaurants. This year we communed our daughter at home. It seemed to us that this is a more economical version. Of course, we earn very little, but with such a high price and credit, we have to cut costs like everyone else. After all, none of us knows what will happen next, KO deputy Dariusz Jonski tells us.

MP Artur Dzyambor of the Confederation emphasizes that the idea of creating politicians has no justification. Nothing has changed for me since the post. I try to live the way I lived before I was sent. I have also learned all my life not to waste money. And my family has grown too, so the cost structure is very different when you have kids. Because, however, everything is organized around them. So let’s take it easy. There is no need to even valorize these salaries, because the deputies earn enough anyway,” he assesses in an interview with Fact.

- The deputies have already received large allowances before and I think that they will do without another planned budget. As a Confederate, we were the only ones against these initial raises,” he adds.

You won’t believe what the deputies bought for their offices with taxpayers’ money. One of them bought… a selfie stick!

“Every zloty is looked at twice. Such restraint”

- In politics, you live with dignity and you can really give up your own privileges. I have never led a wasteful lifestyle. I have three children, ten grandchildren, I really have someone to save money for, - in turn, PSL deputy Marek Sawicki tells us.

How does Janusz Kowalski comment on the current situation? - Each zloty is considered twice. There is such restraint. First of all, the child is the most important thing, and here I think that every family is guided by this. First of all, today you need to rationalize your expenses. Obviously, I feel an increase in rent and energy, I count all these expenses, but the increase in small towns and in rural areas is greater, and this must be remembered. It worries me very much, - the deputy from the joint venture tells us.

- Every Polish family saves today, and I also have a family. And today everyone counts every zloty, it’s obvious. I am especially concerned about Polish families who today pay huge bills for energy, for coal, through the policies of the European Union. And here you must do everything to reduce these costs. This leads to economic poverty for millions of Poles, says Kowalski.

He also says that he already assumed that there would be no increase in salaries for deputies. “I think it was a bad idea that there were any promotions at all,” he estimates.

- I agree with President Kaczynski’s decision. Politicians should always start with themselves, - MP Kowalski added, as always.

PSL wants to go to elections with Poland 2050? Holovnya told Fact what he thinks about it

“Kaczyński refused to participate because there was a lot of confusion around this topic”

Leftist MP Beata Maciejowska told us in an interview that Kaczynski is turning down promotions because there has been a lot of confusion about the topic.

- I still live quite modestly and spend little. Prior to that, before becoming a deputy, I worked in the municipal administration and managed the fund. There has never been much money, so I do not have high consumption needs. It’s not that I have nothing to live on. We make good money as deputies. It’s wrong to complain about it. If I had refused something, then it would probably have been some kind of rash purchase, but in fact I don’t make such purchases much. How can you even give a thousand more politicians when people think about whether they heat their homes? Now President Kachinsky has left, because there was a lot of confusion around this topic, - the deputy assesses in an interview with Fact.
