Also, the doctor explains, it is important to maintain chronic diseases in remission and stabilize the mental state:

Or when they played outdoor games in childhood, everyone ran home wet, changed clothes and again did not get sick. Why? For they were very happy in those days. Nutrition and physical activity play an important role. Only flu drugs work if we detect it through testing, but they are not taken for prevention.
