According to the investigation, the man repeatedly beat the 5-year-old boy on the head and body for a month.
In addition, he kept the child chained to the wall with a metal chain. There were multiple abrasions and bruises on the body and hands of the child.
The stepfather mocked the stepson allegedly “for bad behavior.”
During another torture, the neighbors heard the boy’s scream and called the police.
During the inspection of the apartment, a metal chain and hooks were found and seized, which the man used for “education”.
“According to the results of investigative measures and interrogation of the child using the “Green Room” methodology, based on international standards for the treatment of minors, the information about the commission of unlawful acts by the suspect was confirmed”- the message says.
While the boy is with his own father.
A petition was sent to the court to order the suspect a preventive measure in the form of detention.
