On the night of September 24, the enemy once again shelled Zaporozhye, one of the blows fell on a residential building, completely burned it down. This was the head of the Zaporozhye Regional Military Administration Alexander Starukh reported in Telegram.

“One enemy rocket hit the housing sector of the regional center and caused a fire in a multi-storey building. Unfortunately, one person died, 7 people were injured. They received medical attention.” — stated in the message of the head of the OVA.
Later Secretary of the City Council of Zaporozhye Alexander Kurtev clarified the consequences of the attack of the invaders on the city.
According to him, the residents of the burnt house had the opportunity to wait out the night in a communal bus used as a heating point.
Also, after the enemy arrival, windows were blown out in nine more apartment buildings, and windows were shattered and roofs were destroyed in neighboring private houses.
Recall that the day before, the invaders fired dozens of shells at Nikopol and Marganets in the neighboring Dnipropetrovsk region.
