Volunteers from Lutsk became witnesses of rocket strikes in Kropyvnytskyi. This was announced by the deputy of the Lutsk City Council Taras Shkiter.
He and his like-minded people were carrying volunteer assistance to the Kirovograd region when the aggressor fired rockets at the regional center.

Later, the head of the Kirovograd regional police department said that as a result of the shelling of the city, five people were killed and another 25 were injured.
Recall, the adviser to the head of the Presidential Office, Mikhail Podolyak, called the morning missile strikes of the Rashists in Ukraine a hysteria. President Zelensky said that no actions of Russian infidels can affect the determination of Ukrainians to build their own state.
