A few years later, Banks managed to turn her situation around and has lived her best life ever since. In addition to her relationship with boyfriend Justin apparently getting stronger, they are both expecting a baby, which Banks “yearned for”.
Banks finally found her happily ever after
For someone who clearly seeks a real connection, it’s no surprise that one of Banks’ ultimate goals was to find someone she could share her life with. In a statement (via PEOPLE) Married at first sight Alum, 27, talks about how she first found out she was expecting Justin’s baby.
“This is the start of a new chapter for me. I saw how the two lines met in the test and was shocked, happy and dismayed at the same time,” Banks said. “I always wanted to be a mother and take advantage of all the wonderful opportunities that raising and raising my own child gives me, and finally I felt that God answered the desires of my heart and gave me what I was before. I’m thirsty.”
The mom-to-be also stated that she is “grateful” that someone has joined her in this new chapter of her life. “Every time I rub my stomach or have crazy morning sickness (it doesn’t just happen in the morning), I know that my beautiful angel is forming inside of me and ready to appear on earth soon,” she continued. “I am very grateful to be able to share this journey with my person, my safe space, my confidant and, most importantly, my best friend. Life isn’t always easy, but doing this with you makes everything very worthwhile and I can’t wait to see you in action with our little love.”
Apart from her heartfelt statement, the reality TV star also announced her pregnancy via her Instagram account, sharing two photos of herself and Justine holding sonogram photos that she accompanied with the bible verse from 1 Samuel 1:27.
What happened in season 12?
It was clear from day one that Banks and Williams weren’t the perfect match made in heaven. Banks just wasn’t Williams’ type, and he didn’t hesitate to let everyone know. It was also clear that Williams was simply not the right fit for the marriage (and that Banks deserved better), but some viewers also blamed Banks for staying around. Thankfully, Banks decided to end her relationship with Williams and her life has been better ever since.
