Ortega showed up on set with his co-star. Winona Ryder - reprises her role as Lydia Dietz from the original. People magazine published photos of the two actresses at work.
The couple was spotted filming Beetlejuice 2 in Hertfordshire, England and it seems like they were filming an elaborate wedding scene as a reference to the famous scene filmed by Ryder in the original film. However, Ortega wears a more traditional white wedding dress, as opposed to the red tiered frill dress worn by Ryder in 1988. Ortega was officially announced as a member of the cast back in May, while Warner Bros. listed her character simply as “Lydia’s daughter”.
Michael Keaton continues his career renaissance by starring in the hot pursuit of his warmly received return as Bruce Wayne/Batman in the DC series. Flashwhich is currently in theaters. Chatting with Empire at the VIP event for Flash Last month, Keaton spoke about his excitement about returning to the role, saying: “beetle juice it’s the most damn fun you can get out of a job. It’s so fun, it’s so cool. And do you know what it is? We’re doing it exactly the same as we did in the first film.”
“Tim and I talked about this years ago without telling anyone,” he continued. “We both said we do it many times. Keaton and Ryder filmed together.
