When Miguel O’HaraOscar Isaac), also known as Spider-Man 2099, makes his way on screen, he omits the above quote which implies he is well aware of the events Spiderman: No Way Home. Like lovers of the highest grossing Spiderman movie Ever Know Peter Parker from the MCU (Tom Holland) asks his fellow Avenger Doctor Strange (Benedict Cumberbatch) to let the world forget that Peter Parker is Spider-Man. The spell goes wrong and variants from the live-action films about Spider-Man’s past appear instead. This includes not only other Peter Parkers such as Tobey Maguire And Andrew Garfieldincarnations, but also some of Spidey’s worst enemies with the Green Goblin (Willem Dafoe), Doctor Octopus (Alfred Molina), Sandman (Thomas Hayden Church), lizard (Rhys Ifans), Electro (Jamie Fox) and Venom (Tom Hardy).

Strange and Parker manage to send the displaced variants home, but their meddling in the multiverse did not go unnoticed by Miguel O’Hara and his Spider Task Force. O’Hara doesn’t spread his disdain for MCU heroes, but it’s pretty clear that he thinks they do a lot more harm than good.

The Spot has a short chat with Venom’s Mrs. Chen

The next big threat to the multiverse is the Blur (Jason Schwartzman), who swore revenge on Miles Morales (Shamiek Moore) for turning him into a freak. He aims to do so by using his new dimensional jumping abilities to gain as much power as possible in order to destroy everything that his Spider-Man loves. Testing this theory for the first time, Spot jumps into a couple of different universes, the first of which is the 1930s shaded cell from the original. Spiderman comics and a universe made entirely of LEGO bricks.

The third place the Spot visits is Sony’s villainous universe, made up of Venom movies, Morbiusand upcoming Kraven the Hunter. Although instead of running into Eddie Brock or Dr. Michael Morbius (Jared Leto), instead Spot is talking to Mrs. Chen (Peggy Lou) is a woman who runs a store frequented by Eddie Brock. In the episode, Ms. Chen appears unimpressed by the annoying man who has just turned into her reality.

Marvel fans couldn’t wait to see more Donald Gloversmall but significant character from Spider-Man: Homecoming, but Aaron Davis has been missing in the franchise since his debut in 2017. The arrival of Aaron Davis represents a big milestone for the MCU. Not only is he destined to become the Cinematic Universe version of the Tramp, he also confirms that Miles exists in the MCU when he tells Peter Parker that he has a nephew. More than half a century later, we finally get an answer about where he was after Peter said, “Goodbye, Mr. Criminal.”

Aaron Davis of the MCU (again played by Glover) somehow ended up in a holding cell at Neva York, the home base of Task Force Spider-Man 2099. This time around, Davis is clearly wearing purple armor, indicating that he is began his career as a technologically advanced master thief known as the Rogue. Davis briefly talks to Miles, not realizing that the revived person he is talking to is his nephew from another universe. Hopefully, when the Spider Corps sends Davis back, we’ll see him apply his skills as the Rogue to the MCU.

Tobey Maguire and Andrew Garfield Return to the Marvel Multiverse

Because they appeared in Spiderman: No Way Home, the Peter Parker variants of Tobey Maguire and Andrew Garfield are technically part of the MCU. Many assumed their stories were written after their appearance in Tom Holland’s third Spider movie, but still Through the universes of spiders shows that they are still a vital part of the multiverse.

While we don’t get any new footage from them, we do see them again through some key moments in their lives, which Spider-Man 2099 calls “canonical events.” For Andrew Garfield, we see his heartbreaking final moments with Captain George Stacy (Denis Leary). As for Tobey Maguire, we see him comforting the dying Uncle Ben (Cliff Robertson) shortly after he was shot. Their roles in spider verse the films have been small so far, but their inclusion is still certainly interesting.

Will we ever see Miles and his amazing friends in the MCU?

spider verse The trilogy is not directly affiliated with Marvel Studios and thus stands apart from the MCU. However, given that the MCU is in the middle of its Multiverse saga, Marvel Studios’ partnership with Sony is not out of the question. Also, as mentioned earlier, we know that Miles exists in the MCU and could very well appear in another feature. Even better, made by Sony Amy Pascal teased that a project featuring Miles Morales is currently in development. It is not yet known if this will be Miles from the MCU, Miles from the Spider-Verse, or even a new Miles. Still, it’s nice to think that we’ll soon see this fan-favorite character come to life.
