Fox shared new behind-the-scenes footage from the set 9-1-1, as the show celebrated the end of its sixth season. While no air date has been set for the final episode of this installment, it will likely be available to fans in early summer if previous seasons are of any value. Photos featuring actors such as Kenneth Choi, Peter KrauseAnd Oliver Stark on the set of the successful drama while preparing for the filming of the season currently airing every Monday night. The premiere of the new series took place on September 19 last year.
The current season knows what viewers expect from it, introducing new bizarre cases for the team to solve, no matter how difficult they may seem. By this point in this show’s episode, there won’t be a simple ambulance picking up a person who has fallen from a tree. The airship crashing headfirst into the stadium is more like a style 9-1-1. The devastating aftermath has been teased ever since the network released the season’s first teaser. No one is safe this time, as Bobby (Krause) has already been seen in serious danger during the video. It remains to be seen who will manage to survive the sixth season of the gripping drama.
The team is led by Athena Grant-Nash, played by the imposing Angela Bassett. The actress was recently nominated for an Academy Award for Best Supporting Actress for her role as Queen Ramonda in Ryan CooglerX Black Panther: Wakanda Forever. Like a grieving mother. after T’ChallaChadwick Boseman) dies due to illness, Ramonda must lead the people of Wakanda into a very uncertain future as foreign powers try to take away the country’s resources. Under her leadership, the country will do everything possible to keep its vibranium within its borders.
Aftermath of Wendall’s death
It was a real shock when Wendall (Maurice Irwin) was killed during last year’s winter season finale. The event will be of great importance to Bobby and he will find it difficult to deal with his grief. During a recent interview, 9-1-1 showrunner Kristen Reidel detailed how Bobby would react to such a profound loss:
“Bobby is recovering and Bobby will always recover. It’s a huge part of his life and who he is as a person. It’s not the only thing, but it’s a big part of it, and [Wendall’s death] seemed like an interesting way to talk about it without Bobby getting off track. Wendall was a very important part of the person Bobby is now and the life he has now.”
