This year at the Comic-Con Experience (CCXP) in Sao Paulo, Brazil, Collider’s Steve Weintraub took a couple of photos of the display for boys‘ spin off Generation V. When he tweeted the showrunner Eric Kripke Kripke reacted enthusiastically to the fan turnout at CCXP and teased that exciting news could be coming in the coming days.

The images show an Amazon installation with several banners Generation Vheroes, as well as the Hall of Heroes and the impressive coat of arms of Godolkin University. When Kripke responded to a plethora of fans on Twitter, he cryptically commented, “Brazilian fans are the best! By the way, this is Godolkin University, the first #GenV activation. coming in the next few days? Who can say?”

Soon after it boys Filming for Season 3 has wrapped and Amazon has announced a spin-off that will introduce fans to an entire university full of Vought International’s best and brightest talent. Generation V is located in the famous and first of its kind, Godolkin University, and only young supervisors are admitted to its majestic halls. Although we know some minor details, the cast and that the spin-off will be interconnected with boys‘ The news has been mostly quiet about when to expect the series to premiere. Fingers crossed we’ll get some more castings or even a release date when Generation V The panel will take place on Saturday afternoon, December 3rd.

What we know about the upcoming series is that it takes place on the grounds of America’s only high school with exclusive clearance, and that it will likely coincide with the events of boys Season 3. We’ll see younger, hormonally charged god-complex soups exploring all things fraternity and high school sports. Here’s what Kripke previously said about the spin-off in an interview with Deadline:

“The crossover is definitely there, and we are doing our best to create a universe where some of the issues and storylines of the third season carry over to the first season of Varsity. For example, this season has a presidential campaign in the background, and there are certain things going on in this school that are a reaction to season 3. boys. There’s Soldier Boy and so on, as well as some new storylines going on this season of the spin-off that we need to pick up and carry over into season 4 of the show.”
