“The project divides pensioners into the best and the worst, fining those who worked and paid large contributions,” said KO deputy Joanna Friedrich.

As a result, everyone who receives a pension from ZUS will receive an additional payment not exceeding PLN 4,438.44. You will not need to apply for additional payment. The state will pay them ex officio.

The decision to introduce the 14th pension on a permanent basis coincided with the pre-election promises of law and justice by politicians. At the last PiS congress, Yaroslav Kaczynski announced three key projects.
