“The abolition of this tax will be a huge relief for those who are planning to buy an apartment in the near future, not only with the help of the so-called safe loan,” Buda said.
He also pointed out that when buying an apartment worth PLN 450,000, the Civil Transaction Tax in PLN is an additional cost in the amount of PLN 9,000. zloty.
