On Saturday, most shops will be open less than usual. This is not a top-down order, but in connection with the New Year holidays, retail chains have decided to reduce the opening hours of their outlets. This means you’ll have to rush through last-minute shopping before the New Year’s Eve parties.
Shops open on New Year’s Eve
On New Year’s Eve, most retail chains will close their stores at 6 or 7 pm.

New Year’s Day falls on Sunday, January 1, which is a public holiday with a statutory holiday. Then the shops will be closed. In turn, on Monday, January 2, retail outlets will work as usual, as on any weekday.
