Inflationary growth continues

Inflation in Poland has risen almost continuously since June 2021. The only exception was February 2022, when the government introduced two anti-inflationary shields. The first of them (before Christmas in December 2021), abolished, in particular, the excise tax on fuel. The second, much more significant, is the reduction of VAT rates on food, fuel and energy. This had a vivid but temporary reflection in the statistics of the Central Statistical Bureau. However, the growth has been continuous since February, and we record a higher inflation rate every month.
