Volkswagen Amarok is a German pickup truck. Used for work, although many refer to this car as a family SUV (and you can). Now the Amarok is also a home on wheels: a touring car for holidays.
The Düsseldorf Caravan Salon takes place from 25 to 3 September. Volkswagen Commercial Vehicles showed the California 6.1 concept car on an extended Multivan chassis. We wrote about this on Auto.Wprost.pl. But not only this novelty appeared at the VVD booth. The brand also showcased a new body concept for the Amarok PanAmericana.
The new Amarok PanAmericana is a pickup truck modified by add-on manufacturer Genesis Import. Thanks to the modification, a motorhome with camping equipment was created. The car has, for example. with roof tarpaulin, 270 degree tarpaulin and Alu-Cab hard top. Just pack up and go on vacation.

The basis for the special version was a black Amarok PanAmericana with all-wheel drive, a rear differential lock, a 3.0-liter V6 TDI engine with a power of 177 kW and a maximum torque of 600 Newton meters.
In addition to the touring equipment, the truck’s suspension has been modified, BFGoodrich AT tires with Delta rims and some styling gadgets have been added. As an option, you can buy additional LED lighting on the roof or additional headlights at the front.
