A fine for too slow driving is not issued very often. However, if someone gets it, he will have to say goodbye to a large amount of money.
We usually associate fines with fines for driving too fast. Ignoring the speed limit is a common cause of dangerous situations and accidents. As you can see, sometimes it makes sense to adjust the speed to others. The penalty for driving too slowly is not a legend, it really exists.
