The government has adjusted its decision to return periodic identification at Oschadbank branches to IDPs receiving pensions or payments to IDPs.
As noted in the Ministry of Reintegration, not so long ago, internally displaced persons began to receive SMS messages from the bank stating that before September 1 it is necessary to pass identification. However, a different decision was made the other day.
An agreement was reached that:

“Oshchadbank” will stop the specified SMS distribution;

Extend the identification period for pension recipients until the end of January 2024;

For recipients of IDP payments, identification should not be applied at all (since the payment period is limited to 6 months).
The Ministry of Social Policy is developing a draft of the relevant regulatory changes, which will be adopted in the near future.
Earlier, the Ministry of Social Policy named the categories of migrants who could be deprived of state payments.
