In Russia, hysteria over the return of “Azov” from Turkey

After the news about the return of the defenders of Azovstal to Ukraine, hysteria began in Russian social networks. Russian and Russian politicians are outraged that Turkish President Tayyip Recep Tayyip Erdogan violated the agreements according to which the defenders of Azovstal were to stay in Turkey until the end of the war.

As wrote, on the night of September 21-22, 2022, an exchange of prisoners took place between Ukraine and Russia. 215 Heroes were fired, including many defenders of Azovstal. Five officers - Denis Prokopenko (Redis), his deputy Svyatoslav Palamar (Kalina), Sergey Volynsky, Oleg Khomenko and Denis Shlega from the National Guard - were supposed to stay in Turkey until the end of the war under President Erdogan’s personal security guarantees. Those were the conditions of the Kremlin.
