600 g flour
40 g fresh yeast
2 eggs
100 g sugar
250 ml warm milk
100 g melted butter
Filling:
500 g cottage cheese
1 st. l. sour cream
2 yolks
60 g sugar
Cooking
Dissolve yeast in milk, set aside for 15 minutes. Then add the rest of the ingredients, knead a soft dough. Cover with a towel and leave for 2 hours.

Lay the pigtails on a baking sheet, cover with a towel, let grow. Large enough pigtails will come out, you can divide the dough so that there are smaller buns. Or create your own. Bake at 180 C for about 25-30 minutes.
