Cher also said that Elijah received regular payments from the inheritance of his late father Greg Allman and she is afraid that his son will waste the money. That is why the singer filed a petition for temporary guardianship, which she was denied.
The court urged the mother and son to try to settle the case before the next hearing in March. Elijah also dragged his half-brother Chaz Bono into legal trouble. Unfortunately for Cher, this led to even more family drama: the children moved away from their mother.
Cher feels lonely and abandoned by her children. Things are so bad between her and Chaz Bono that he left his mother off his wedding guest list. The sons want nothing to do with her.
