On Monday, February 12, the SBU and NABU conducted searches in the house of the People’s Deputy of Ukraine of the 8th convocation Sergei Pashinsky.
As it turned out, law enforcement officers carried out these actions in the 2014 case of transferring “Kurchenko fuel,” but in fact fuel from the Kremlin Rosneft, to Ukraine, which were stolen during Yanukovych’s looting.
“In 2015, as a people’s deputy of Ukraine, I appealed to the President of Ukraine with a request to cover the fuel shortage of the Armed Forces of Ukraine with Rosneft fuel, which then greatly angered Yanukovych’s sponsors and their Russian curators. Through their agents, the Russians then, 10 years ago, achieved the initiation of criminal proceedings No. 32 014 100 070 000 040 from 05/08/2014. It is on the basis of this 10-year-old case that searches are being carried out at my place,” – commented on the actions of the security forces Pashinsky.
Commenting on the excitement generated by some media, the former MP said that he has been in Ukraine since March 2022 and has never left the country, so “there is no need to look for him.”
Pashinsky also denied rumors of detention.
I am currently working as a news website author at Daily News Hack. I mostly cover trending news and have been doing so for quite some time now. I have always had a keen interest in current affairs and the world around me, which is what led me to my current job.
I firmly believe that the best way to learn about something is by doing it yourself and that is why I love my job so much. It allows me to be constantly learning about new things and then sharing that knowledge with others.
I am also a big believer in the power of networking and building relationships. I think that LinkedIn is a great platform for connecting with like-minded people from all over the world.
