Cutlets from chicken fillet and zucchini: available to every housewife

Ingredients:

  • 700 g chicken fillet;

  • one small zucchini;

  • 2 eggs;

  • 2 tablespoons of flour;

Cooking:

We rub the young zucchini with the peel on a coarse grater. We shift it into a bowl and add salt, mix, leave for 10 minutes. Chicken fillet cut into small cubes. Finely chop a small bunch of dill. Squeeze the zucchini from the juice and transfer to another bowl. Add the fillet to the zucchini, chopped dill and beat in the eggs. Salt and pepper. Only after that add flour, mix.

It is necessary to fry over low heat on both sides and under the lid so that the meat has time to fry.
