The government approved changes to the payment of 2 thousand and 3 thousand UAH: how to get money

The government has improved the mechanism of cash payments to people evacuated from areas where hostilities are taking place.

According to the changes, guaranteed cash payments will be available not only to people who are evacuated from dangerous regions on special trains, but also to those leaving by evacuation buses, according to the Government portal.

At the same time, people who intend to leave must report the evacuation to the local authorities. The lists will be transferred to the OVA.

People are guaranteed to receive a one-time financial assistance in the amount of 2 ti. hryvnia for an adult and 3 thousand hryvnia for children under the age of 18 and persons with disabilities.

To receive money, you must present:
- an identity document,
- identification code,
- birth certificate of the child,
- for persons with disabilities - a supporting document.

To avoid duplication of payments or abuses, Ukrposhta is developing a verification program for evacuees.
